The number of orders of our company spiked, causing the processing of orders to be slow.
The partner delivers the goods to our company later than expected, causing the delivery to be delayed or the shipping partner to deliver the goods.
Regarding the shipping fee, our company uses an external shipping service, so the shipping fee will be calculated according to the fees of the shipping units depending on the location and volume of the order. Our company, when contacting to confirm the order with the customer, will report the specific fee to the customer.
Particularly for provincial customers who need to buy in bulk or wholesale customers, if they have a need to buy our company's products, our company will ask for the delivery service of shipping companies and the fee will be calculated according to the fee. of transportation service providers or according to the contractual agreement between the two parties.
